Thank you for shopping at willisnewman.com. We’re committed to providing high-quality, custom-made physical and digital products. Due to the nature of our offerings, please read our return and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.
Physical Prints & Framed Artwork
Each print is custom-made to order, including your chosen size and framing options. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has gone into production (typically 24 hours after purchase). All sales are final.
We want you to love your artwork. If your order arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, please contact us on the day of delivery. Be sure to include:
• Clear photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)
• Your order number and a short description of the issue
We’ll review your claim and, if eligible, offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Note: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders damaged after delivery, or for minor colour or crop variations due to screen differences or framing preferences.
Digital Products (Presets, LUTs, Courses, Downloads)
Due to the immediate, irrevocable access provided upon purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
• Lightroom Presets
• Video LUTs
• Photography/Videography/Creator or Editing courses
• Downloadable Tools or Files
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please email us within 48 hours of purchase at hello@willisnewman.com with your order numbers. We’ll review your case and may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Order Issues or Mistakes
If there is an issue with your order (wrong file sent, duplicate charge, or fulfilment error), contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to make it right — but refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed.
Summary of What’s Not Returnable or Refundable:
• Change of mind purchases (print or digital)
• Framed/unframed prints after 24-hour production window
• All digital product downloads
• Gift cards
