Welcome to willisnewman.com (the “Site”). This website is operated by Willis Newman. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Willis Newman.
By visiting the Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink (such as our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy).
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and anyone interacting with the content, products, or services we offer.
1. Use of Our Website
By accessing the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental permission) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, and you must not violate any local laws or infringe on our intellectual property.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Site at any time if we believe a user is violating these terms.
2. Product Information & Availability
We sell both digital products (Lightroom presets, LUTs, courses, downloadable tools) and made-to-order physical prints.
We strive for accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or availability will always be error-free. We reserve the right to:
• Correct any errors or omissions
• Change or update information
• Cancel orders at our discretion (with a full refund)
Currency & Checkout
Prices may be displayed in your local currency using Shopify’s Markets feature. Your order will be processed in your selected checkout currency, or in AUD (Australian Dollars) if your region or payment method doesn’t support multi-currency.
Currency values are based on real-time exchange rates provided by Shopify and may include minor rounding. Your card provider may charge additional conversion fees — we don’t control or reimburse these.
Where applicable, GST is included for Australian orders. International customers are responsible for any taxes or import duties charged by their local authorities.
3. Digital Products – Licensing & Usage
By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files
• Modify and repackage them for resale
• Claim the content as your own
• Use them in a way that infringes on our copyright
All digital products are the intellectual property of Willis Newman and protected under international copyright laws. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unauthorised use or distribution.
4. Physical Prints – Custom Production
All prints (framed and unframed) are made to order, based on your selected size, frame type, and paper finish. As outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun (after 24 hours of purchase).
In the rare event your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence to be eligible for a replacement.
5. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products or custom prints except in limited cases, such as:
• Duplicate digital product purchases (accidental)
• Orders arriving damaged or defective

6. Intellectual Property
All photos, videos, digital products, downloadable content, and educational material on this Site are the intellectual property of Willis Newman. This includes (but is not limited to):
• Presets, LUTs, and courses
• Product images and mockups
• All written and video content
No part of this site or its content may be copied, reproduced, or republished without prior written permission.
7. Personal Information & Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described there, including the use of tools like cookies, analytics, and ad tracking.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
• Any harm, loss, or damages arising from your use of the Site or products
• Delays in fulfillment due to third-party suppliers or shipping providers
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions or digital files
• Misuse of digital files after download
All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g., embedded video platforms, external printing partners, or educational portals) that we do not monitor or control. Your use of these tools is entirely at your own risk.
Any links on our site that lead to third-party websites do not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
