Important Update for U.S. Customers

Shipping to the United States has now resumed.

Due to recent changes to U.S. import regulations, all parcels shipped to the United States are subject to additional mandatory charges applied prior to export from Australia.

U.S. Import Charges

For orders shipping to U.S. addresses, the following fees apply:
 • 10% U.S. Tariff Fee
A mandatory tariff calculated as 10% of the total order value. This fee is required before the parcel departs Australia.
 • US$3 Zones Fee (per parcel)
A fixed fee applied to each shipment.

These charges are passed on at checkout and are required for all U.S. deliveries.

Availability:
 • Physical print orders can now be shipped to the United States
 • Digital products (such as Lightroom presets) remain available worldwide with no additional fees

Processing & Production

Each piece is custom made to order, so we ask that you allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and delivery within Australia, and slightly longer for international orders. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll provide you with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
 • Standard Shipping – FREE (included in your purchase price).
 • Express Shipping – Available for an additional $10 AUD.

Framed prints are available exclusively within Australia due to packaging and courier limitations.

International Shipping (Worldwide, Print-Only)
 • International shipping is available for prints only.
 • A flat shipping fee of $30 AUD (approx. $20 USD) is applied at checkout.
 • Framed prints are not available for international delivery at this time.
